Cool Mountain Transport, located in Nampa, Idaho, provides dedicated and over-the-road refrigerated and dry van transportation services to a wide range of customers. Off-Spec provides exceptional, consistent and reliable transportation services that meet complex and evolving business needs.  Off-Spec can freight nation-wide handle needs; however, its primary focus in on providing local and regional transportation services in the Western U. S.

Total Transportation Systems, Inc. is a Southern California-based third-party logistics provider operating primarily out of the ports of Los Angeles, CA, Long Beach, CA and Norfolk, VA. TTSI provides a range of logistics services including local drayage, truckload brokerage, and warehouse/fulfillment.

CETH Holdings is a transportation holding company comprised of three over-the-road refrigerated trucking companies, Hammell Transport, Agricultural Express and JE Williams Trucking.  The CETH platform operated a fleet of 80 trucks and 120 trailers with facilities in Billings, MT and Hermiston, OR.
