EPOCH Capital Management focuses on acquiring middle market companies in various industries with a consistent record of positive cash flow.  We target quality companies that can be enhanced by additional management, strategic, operational and financial resources. EPOCH seeks to acquire, develop, support and grow companies over time in partnership with existing management teams. 

We are an experienced group with over 20 years of operating and private equity experience. EPOCH has experience in numerous industries including transportation and logistics, manufacturing, financial services, aerospace, consumer products, business and commercial services, telecommunications, food and beverage and oil and gas.  Given our skills and experiences, we are uniquely positioned to support the operational goals of each company we acquire as well as support the interest of our investment partners.  Post-acquisition, EPOCH takes an active role in supporting and working closely with the existing management teams.  Company owners often have unique needs and requirements.  EPOCH has the flexibility to work closely with business owners to identify an acquisition structure that works best for them and the company going forward.

We seek partnerships with companies that look to accomplish the following:

• Change of control providing a cash out for the existing founders or current owners.
• Recapitalize its balance sheet for the purpose of partial liquidity. 
• Manage through complex situations (turnarounds, underperformance and bankruptcy) 
• Facilitate a management buyout.
• Divest a non-core division or subsidiary.
